Darrell L. Felipe
Darrell is the newly elected Chairperson and comes to us from Acoma Pueblo in New Mexico and he has been a member of SWRTERO since 2018. He has recently been chosen to represent all TEROs on the EEOC FEPA/TERO planning committee for 2023/2024.
VICE-CHAIRPERSON
Marcy Lopez
Marcy is the newly elected Vice Chairperson and comes to us from Ute Mountain Tribe. She has been TERO Director for over 4 years and is excited and proud to be a part of SWRTERO
TREASURER
Theo De La Rosa
Theo has been with TERO from its inception and continues to contribute her knowledge about TERO. Along with Mr. Noline, Theo sits on the Council of Tribal Employment Rights (CTER) Board of Directors at the National level. Theo comes to us from the Colorado River Indian Tribe and is serving another term on the executive team.

Hilda Burch
Hilda Burch from the Southern Ute Tribe is the newly re-elected SWRTERO Secretary. We welcome Hilda back to the executive team.
2018 - 2022
Former Chairman, Mr. Brant Honahnie has since retired from TERO and we wish him the best going forward. We also wish to thank Brant for his knowledge he provided for us and for his support of the Southwest TERO organization.

Hutch Noline
Hutch comes to us from the San Carlos Apache Tribe. Along with Mr. Honahnie, he has been a TERO Director for over 15 years and also has vast knowledge of TERO. Hutch is a member of the Board of Directors on a National level for Council for Tribal Employment Rights (CTER)
